Focused on long-term market growth, Business Development is responsible for creating new opportunities, expanding relationships, and identifying areas where brands, dealers, designers, and project partners can create mutual value. Through strategic outreach, market intelligence, and relationship cultivation, this function helps establish the foundation for sustainable growth across the L4H ecosystem



Sales Representation





Sales Representation provides regional market coverage, dealer engagement, product advocacy, and ongoing account support for selected manufacturer partners. Built around alignment rather than volume, the objective is to strengthen market presence, support channel relationships, and help guide opportunities from introduction through execution



Strategic Marketing





Strategic Marketing supports visibility, awareness, and engagement through targeted initiatives designed to connect people, products, and opportunities. From experience center activations and educational events to collaborative campaigns and industry outreach, the focus remains on creating meaningful engagement that supports long-term market development.



Project Support





Project Support helps bridge the gap between vision and execution. Working alongside brands, dealers, designers, and project stakeholders, this function provides guidance, coordination, and resources that help ensure solutions are properly aligned with project objectives, design intent, and performance expectations throughout the development process
